Give your gently loved graduation attire another chance to shine. We welcome current, stylish pieces that will help students feel confident and excited for their big day.

What we accept

Donation guidelines

We’re grateful for every donation offered to Cinderella’s Closet YEG. Our space is limited, and we want students to have access to current, graduation-ready options, so we are selective about the items we can accept. Donations should be clean, in excellent condition and generally no more than two years old so that students have access to current styles.

• We do not accept wedding dresses
• We do not accept suits or other traditionally masculine graduation attire
• We are generally unable to accept mother-of-the-bride or other mature formalwear
• Please only donate items you would feel proud to see a student wear on their graduation day

Tax receipts

Tax receipts can be issued for new donated items when the original store receipt and tags are provided at fair market value. We’re unable to issue tax receipts for gently used clothing or accessories.

Your support helps us keep Cinderella’s Closet YEG ready to welcome students each graduation season and ensure cost doesn’t stand in the way of celebrating this important milestone.
